Wisconsin, USA (Advocate): A first occurred Tuesday morning in Washburn County Circuit Court. A Portuguese translator was sworn to "correctly translate the Portuguese and English languages" by Washburn County Circuit Judge Eugene Harrington. The translator, a graduate of Sao Paulo University of Brazil and longtime resident of the United States, was in court to assist the president of IFC Brazil.
